Planned Maintenance for Connected Building Management (CBM) Services

CBM Services - Tuesday 25th June (7am to 9am)

Summary

There will be a two-hour Maintenance Period for CBM Services for the migration to next generation database infrastructure. This will improve the reliability and performance of the CBM services. We apologise for the inconvenience and we are working to minimise the disruption to our customers' operations.

Importantly, monitoring, alarming and the WebGUI will be completely unaffected. Some CBM functionality will not be available during the Maintenance Period.

FAQs

1. Will alarms still be generated if there is a sensor violation?

If a sensor reading crosses over setpoint and goes into an alarm condition, alarm notifications (email, SMS, Voice calls) will continue to be sent to nominated users.

2. After the CBM services is restored, how will I know if everything is working satisfactorily?

Users will be able to login to the two services that were temporarily unavailable.
