How we work

Our process

  • ON-SITE ASSESSMENT

    Before we install the Checkit platform for your automated monitoring needs, we conduct an on-site survey when applicable to fully understand the scope of needs and any special requirements in order to get the job done right. We schedule these in advance, and it’s a great opportunity to connect in-person to start your experience off the right way the first time.   
  • INSTALLATION SERVICES

    Our professional installation services ensure that your Checkit monitoring platform is set up correctly and efficiently. Our experienced Field Service Engineers handle the installation process, saving you time and ensuring that the platform is ready to start monitoring as quickly as possible to conduct the OQ 
  • CALIBRATION

    Regular calibrations are essential for the accuracy and reliability of your monitoring platform. With decades of experience in sensor and technology development, we offer comprehensive calibration services for all our platform installations. Our protocols meet the toughest industry standards, including CDC, WHO, FDA, UKAS, and more.  

  • IQ & OQ

    Our pre-launch qualification steps ensure everything is in place before deploying live. 

    Installation Qualification (IQ): Verifies that the equipment is installed correctly, with all necessary utilities and documentation in place.  

    Operational Qualification (OQ): Ensures that the equipment and platform operates as needed under normal conditions and tests all functionalities, including security, and alarms. 

    These standards are documented and provided to you to ensure compliance. 

  • POST-LAUNCH SUPPORT

    Our 24/7/365 technical support team is available to assist with any questions or concerns, and we have various levels of engagement for deeper service needs.

Preventive maintenance

These services include routine inspections,  and testing of equipment to identify and address potential issues before they become critical. Field service excellence

Our Checkit Service Engineers perform critical functions both on-site and as liaisons to the in-house operations team. They ensure uptime compliance, quality assurance before deployment, and ongoing calibration and maintenance.

The Checkit process includes an initial site survey to understand your unique needs, followed by a project kickoff for installation, and direct engagement with our Operations team to ensure the platform is ready and logging data appropriately, during launch and beyond.
